Scope of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of followacrafts.com and any inquiry, quotation, sample request, production order, or after-sales communication submitted to Followacrafts through this website, email, WhatsApp, marketplace channels, or other written communication. Followacrafts serves business buyers, brands, distributors, retailers, hospitality operators, and promotional product teams. The website is not designed for ordinary consumer checkout.
Information on the Website
Product pages, photos, descriptions, materials, MOQ ranges, lead times, and shipping examples are provided for B2B sourcing reference. They do not constitute a binding offer, fixed stock commitment, or final specification. Custom products may vary according to approved sample, material availability, tooling, logo method, packaging, quantity, and destination requirements.
Inquiries, Quotations, and Order Confirmation
Submitting a form or sending a message does not create an order. A purchase is confirmed only when product details, quantity, price, payment terms, shipping terms, artwork, sample approval, and production schedule are agreed in writing. We may refuse or pause a project if specifications are incomplete, artwork rights are unclear, payment cannot be verified, or the requested product may violate law or third-party rights.
Samples and Custom Production
For custom projects, we normally recommend or require a physical pre-production sample before bulk manufacturing. The buyer is responsible for checking dimensions, colors, logo placement, materials, packaging, and functional details before written approval. Once a sample, artwork, or specification is approved and production begins, changes may require additional cost and timeline confirmation.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, bulk production starts after a 30% T/T deposit and the remaining 70% balance is due before shipment. PayPal may be accepted for sample fees or small orders under USD 500. Alibaba Trade Assurance or Alibaba.com Pay may be used when an order is placed through Alibaba and the applicable platform rules are followed. Bank fees, exchange differences, and payment provider charges are normally the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping, Duties, and Delivery Risk
Shipping method, delivery address, Incoterms or DDP arrangement, insurance, carton marks, and documentation requirements should be confirmed before shipment. For DDP service, we coordinate customs clearance and local delivery through logistics partners, but delivery timelines may still be affected by customs inspection, local holidays, weather, port congestion, courier delays, or force majeure events. For non-DDP shipments, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, clearance, and local compliance unless otherwise agreed.
Buyer Artwork and Intellectual Property
The buyer confirms that any logo, artwork, trademark, image, packaging design, text, or sample supplied to Followacrafts is authorized for production. We use buyer materials only to quote, sample, manufacture, inspect, pack, and ship the requested goods. Followacrafts retains rights to its own website content, product photography, templates, process documents, and production know-how. We do not knowingly manufacture rights-infringing or unauthorized branded goods.
Acceptable Website Use
You may use this website for legitimate B2B sourcing, product review, and communication with Followacrafts. You must not attempt to attack the website, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, submit false contact details, upload malicious files, impersonate another company, or use the website to request illegal, unsafe, rights-infringing, or unauthorized branded goods.
Quality Claims and After-Sales Review
Quality issues, shortages, shipping damage, and refund requests are handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy and any written order terms. Buyers should inspect goods promptly after delivery and provide photos, videos, carton labels, affected quantities, and order references within the stated claim window. Remedies may include repair, replacement, remake, credit, partial refund, courier claim support, or another commercially reasonable solution after verification.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Followacrafts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, sourcing decisions, shipping delays, customs issues, resale outcomes, or buyer-provided specifications. Our total liability for a confirmed order is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods, unless a different remedy is required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
